Within the steering groups meetings the most important tasks, plans and appearing problems will be discussed between the Lead Partner and the representing larger partners of the project. The steering group is the organisational centre of the communication network within the project, linking the Lead Partner and the project management with the partners and activities.

4 steering committee meetings will take place during the project and the contents cover
- revising the schedule of activities
- adjusting the financial framework
- obligations of partners
- current problems of partners in participating and fulfilling the financial obligations.
